Our Story
It all started with my first proper chef’s knife. The sharpness completely changed the way I cooked - suddenly, chopping veg wasn’t a chore anymore, it was actually satisfying.
Prepping became faster, easier, and way more enjoyable.
That one knife set me off down the sharpening rabbit hole. I picked up a set of whetstones and taught myself how to keep it razor-sharp, just like the pros. Pretty soon, I was sharpening knives for friends and family too.
Seeing how much they enjoyed cooking with a properly maintained blade made me think - maybe more people could benefit from this.
To meet growing demand, I upgraded to a precision water-cooled sharpening system, and from that, East Anglian Edge was born.
Our mission is simple: to help people fall in love with cooking again, one perfectly sharpened knife at a time.
